The first day of Calm and Strong (our series for ages 9 - 13), I said something like, "I know you guys are young and not worried about aging, but yoga's really great for keeping us strong and healthy as we grow older..."
and every kid immediately piped up with something about, "my knees, my back, my legs" etc 😂
We are never too young, too old, too inflexible, too anything to start a yoga practice!
