You are not alone in this. 💛 If you’re caring for a child with ADHD and feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just plain stuck, HealthWorks is launching a new summer ADHD Caregiver Support Group to help you breathe a little easier and Calm The Chaos. 🌿✨

In this free group, you’ll join other caregivers and work with our mental health professionals to build a realistic game plan for your family, share what’s hard without judgment, and leave each week with tools you can actually use at home. 🧩🫶

💚 What to expect:

First session (May 21) is for caregivers only – a safe space to talk openly, learn, and feel understood.

Future sessions will include a therapist-led skills group for children at the same time, so you and your child can grow together.

Supportive, down‑to‑earth conversations focused on reducing stress, increasing connection, and calming daily chaos. 🕯️

🆓 Cost: No cost to attend – we never want price to be a barrier to getting support.

No formal referral needed – walk‑ins are welcome. If you can, please RSVP so we can plan materials and snacks. When you RSVP, tell us your favorite snack so we can stock the table with a little something that feels like “you.” 🫖🍎
