Are you suddenly finding it impossible to get a good night's rest? For many women in their late 30s and 40s, insomnia or "night sweats" are the first subtle signs that perimenopause has arrived. Woman’s Day recently shared a list of evening rituals designed specifically to help women cool down and calm the nervous system before bed. While a cool room and cotton pajamas help, sometimes you need a little more clinical support to get your sleep back on track. If your "toss and turn" routine is becoming your new normal, let’s chat during your next annual exam. Sleep is the foundation of your health, and you deserve to wake up feeling rested.

There is a "hidden" window for heart health that every woman should know about. 💓

A major new global study launched this month is looking at how the transition through perimenopause and menopause affects our arteries. Researchers believe this is a critical time to detect "silent" changes and take action before they become heart issues.

At Cheyenne Women's Clinic, we don't just look at menopause as a series of symptoms—we look at it as a key time to protect your long-term heart and vascular health!

A new study just released this month found that staying physically active—especially starting at a younger age—can significantly help reduce your risk of breast cancer later in life. It doesn’t have to be a marathon; even small, consistent movement makes a difference for your long-term health.
