I recently finished an 8 week pilot study with this incredible new device. It’s called a Fascia Hydrator from the . Certifying for Level 4 Fascia Stretch Therapy . The ripples that are created from are far reaching and profound. It’s always inspiring to hear fellow practitioners share their stories. This is so much more than assisted stretching. It’s a family of likeminded bodyworkers intent on bringing balance to the tensegrity model of the human body. Unique perspectives that share the common goal of helping their clients with a tailor made approach. Every time I go back to train I am reminded to stay hungry and stay humble. There is always more to learn and in the world of fascia the possibilities are truly endless. Congratulations to all of the level 4s!! We made it to the highest level currently available with the absolute gold standard of assisted stretching. Now it’s time to get out there and apply what we’ve learned! ❤️🥳❤️
