Tag that friend that needs to hear this! ❤️ Idk about you but my house is gonna need some renovating ASAP - it ain’t lookin pretty! 🫣

Lately, I haven’t been too positive about myself. Whether it’s calling myself lazy for needing a well-deserved break during work, or always joking i’ll be a failure that will have to live off my siblings (against their will, obviously 😜), nothing i’ve said about myself has been uplifting or nurturing.

So, I’ve been swapping that “I’m a failure” tone for more “I’m learning” energy, and actually celebrating the small wins - OUT LOUD! 📢 Because the words we speak about ourselves become the walls we think in. 💭 So next time that inner critic comes out, let’s think if we’d say this to someone we love? If not, then it’s time to flip the script and make our minds a nicer place to exist. ✨🧠
