Chicago Ridge Medical Imaging has been providing diagnostic radiology imaging services to the southwest area of Chicago for nearly 20 years. We are located in Chicago Ridge near the Chicago Ridge Mall. Not limited to these communities, but we primarily serve the patients of Chicago, Chicago Ridge, Oak Lawn, Evergreen Park, Burbank, Bridgeview, Palos, Orland Park, Alsip, Merrionette Park and Hickory Hills. We accept all insurances including but not limited to BCBS, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid HMOs, Aetna, Humana and United Healthcare of Illinois. Ask us about our discounted cash fee schedule for cash paying patients.
