I apologize for the lack of updates on my page lately. My acupuncture studies have required a significant amount of time and effort, encompassing classes, clinical practice, and studying. Throughout this journey, I have developed substantially as a practitioner, refining my diagnostic and palpation skills, as well as mastering various techniques. How to help get rid of symptoms of a cold, TCM way:

Get a pear and steam it for 30 minutes. Once it is steamed, cut it up and put honey on it. This is will help moisten your lungs, dry lips and dry nose. Which will help to fight off the cold and soothe your sore throat.

P.S. Make sure to eat the skin 🙂🙃

If you cut yourself and it won’t stop bleeding; cut your hair and burn it. This process is called Tan. Once it is burnt, rub it on the wound. This will create a coagulant that will stop the bleeding.
