Thank you to the consulting office for their generous donation. Many of the individuals who come through our doors have little more than the clothes on their back. Because of the kindness and generosity of friends, family, and mental health allies, we’re able to provide our consumers with warm, clean clothing when they need it most.

Those same donations also allow us to offer dress clothes and shoes so someone can walk into a job interview or apartment search feeling confident, prepared, and respected. These moments may seem small, but they can make a life changing difference.

✨ Employee of the Year – Bryn Mawr ✨

It is with great honor that we recognize Dorothy Kilpatrick, RN, as our Employee of the Year.

For 15 years, Dorothy has shown unwavering dedication to our consumers, always willing to step in and work extra when needed to ensure they receive the care they deserve. She consistently rises to the occasion, including covering medications for the entire building without hesitation and personally delivering medication to a consumer so they could enjoy a meaningful visit with family.

Dorothy’s compassion goes far beyond her clinical responsibilities. She regularly supports consumers out of her own pocket, donates winter coats, celebrates medication compliance with small monthly recognitions, and offers comfort in the most difficult moments, even riding in an ambulance to reassure a frightened consumer.

Her selflessness, kindness, and commitment truly set her apart. We are proud to honor Dorothy Kilpatrick, RN, and grateful for the heart she brings to Bryn Mawr every day. 💙

Whether it’s helping someone find what they need, stopping to share a warm hello, or going the extra mile without ever being asked, Edward brings consistency, kindness, and heart to everything he does.

Henry’s story is one of perseverance, determination, and unwavering commitment to his future. Despite the challenges and obstacles he has faced along the way, Henry has continued to push forward in pursuit of his educational and career goals.
With the support of our incredible community partners at NAMI and Metropolitan Family Services, Henry is breaking through barriers he once believed were impossible to overcome. His journey is a powerful reminder that growth is possible when you have both courage and a strong support system.
We are incredibly proud of Henry, inspired by his progress, and honored to be part of his path. We look forward to cheering him on as he continues to learn, strive, and succeed — one step at a time.
