In we’ll be exploring case studies of real problems I’ve encountered while working in this space. That way, you have a list of strategies on how to deal with issues, so nothing is surprising when they come up for you!

Today I had two issues that I’ve never encountered before, and I’m glad I get to share this knowledge with those who sign up for training! Whether you teach yoga, sound healing, or other mind-body modalities, you’ll learn the business of corporate wellness with myself and others just like you.

Sound on 🔊 for the tranquility of a midday sound bath in the office.

Bringing sound baths into corporate offices is by far one of my favorite things that I do! What makes it even more fun is that it’s often the first sound bath the students have ever attended, and it’s a great honor for me to introduce them to deep relaxation using the frequency of crystal singing bowls.

I’ve gotten a lot of questions over the past year from sound healers and yoga teachers on how to get started on bringing their offerings into the workplace. Questions from pricing, how to create invoices, insurance, how to get clients, and so much more.

Hence was born! We start on March 4th, with four virtual sessions (you can watch the recordings if you’re unable to attend live!) and modules in between to learn the ins and outs of the business of corporate wellness.

Today’s sound check between corporate sessions 🥰 taking time to rest in the middle of the workday can be challenging. There’s emails to send, meetings to attend. But forever grateful for people and companies who prioritize rest and self-care as part of their day.
