Healing doesn’t follow a straight path, and a hard day doesn’t mean you’ve lost your progress.
Your brain is constantly adapting to stress, rest, and everything in between. That means some days will feel heavier than others, but those days are part of the process, not a step backward.
On the hard days, try this:
• Lower the bar—small wins are enough
• Come back to your body to ground yourself
• Remind yourself: you’ve gotten through this before
• Reach out for support if you need it
You don’t have to have it all figured out to keep moving forward.
