or can it be still?
Does it mean that you can answer the question
“What have you been up to these days?”
With new answers
shiny titles
new information

Or can the answer be:
I’ve been still
I’ve been compassionate
To myself

I can feel my heart beat
Like the waves of the river
The beating drums are quiet now

I can hear my feelings today
What was numb has thawed
What was braced is released

My thoughts you ask?
They are coming from the inside now
My thoughts
Reflective of myself

I am still
I have grown

Inner Choice is very excited to welcome Elizabeth Birnkrant to our team. Elizabeth believes in honoring the different lived experiences of her clients; she collaborates with them to help them listen to their authentic voice, strengthen communication in their relationships, and take actions that align with their values. Elizabeth’s work as a professional actor and acting teacher has given her the ability to understand the dialectic on a deep level, utilizing this understanding to help couples and families find balance, manage emotions, and increase communication skills. Elizabeth works from an existential perspective, centering meaning making as a pathway towards managing the stressors of our current times, as well as past experiences.
