A lot of people ask us whether microneedling actually does anything for pores and fine lines, or whether it's just a trendy treatment with limited real-world results.
The short answer is that it can, and the reason is rooted in how collagen works. Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin that prompt your body to respond with collagen and elastin production. Over time, that increased collagen density helps skin appear firmer, smoother, and more even. Pores often look smaller not because anything removes them, but because the surrounding skin becomes more structured and supportive.
