Meet Mary Kate Beckmen, LCSW, (She/Her) 👋

Mary Kate became a therapist because of her love for working with young people and her own experience as an adoptee navigating mental health challenges.

Mary Kate works with teens, college students, and young adults navigating anxiety, identity questions, relationship challenges, and life stress. She is especially focused on supporting those who have experienced trauma, attachment disruptions, and adoption-related challenges 🫶

Meet Courtney Vogt, LCSW, (She/Her) 👋

Join us on Friday, December 5th for Film-Reel Therapy, an intentional space to watch and discuss movies that explore mental health topics and emotions together.

The film-reel starts with an exploration of personal relationships with film, followed by a movie connected to mental health-related themes. The movie is then discussed with the group with a mental-health-informed lens 🎞️

Meet Anne Lindyberg, LCPC, (she/her/they/them) 👋

Anne’s practice is rooted in the foundations of the Satir Model. Anne later added Deep Brain Reorienting to her offerings in 2023: a bottom-up approach to trauma healing developed by Scottish psychiatrist, Dr. Frank Corrigan based on the original EMDR research 🧠
