Happy Friday! I was getting caught up on Black-ish last night and saw this scene with Dre and Davonte. How many of you remember your mother telling you your knees looked like you had been playing in flour ? 😂. This hit home for me!

In honor of Women’s History Month, we salute Madame C.J. Walker. She developed and marketed a line of beauty and hair products catered to black women during the 1900’s. She became the first female self-made millionaire in America. She also trained women on selling beauty and hired them into key management positions at her company.
