It's been said that "gentle is the new 'advanced'." These wise yogis are admirably sincere. They show up again and again with curiosity and a willingness to heal and grow. I think I learn more from them than they do from me!🤗

Tejas Yoga has a gentle class almost every day. I teach four of them each week. You can participate in-person or online from anywhere in the world.

You can practice in person, online, or get the recording to enjoy for 7 days.

🤔Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice done in a supported, comfortable position—often lying down with blankets, bolsters, or cushions. Sometimes called “yogic sleep,”  it invites the nervous system into a state of profound rest that many of us rarely (if ever) access in day-to-day life. 🕊

But the benefits go far beyond relaxation. 

Yoga Nidra can support:

A more regulated nervous system

Clearer emotional awareness

Deeper, steadier breathing

Reduced stress and tension patterns held in the body

A renewed sense of connection to your inner wisdom and insight

Inner transformation that helps align your actions with your deepest desires

A grounded spaciousness that follows you into daily life

This practice nourishes all layers of the self—physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. It’s a place where restoration happens without effort.

I’ll begin with a brief centering and gentle settling of the body. From there, I’ll guide you through a Yoga Nidra journey created to support deep rest, inner nourishment, and healing.

You do not need to try to relax.
You do not need to do anything correctly.
Your only job is to be supported.
