REST that fills you up, smooths you out, reels you in from frantic gyrations to steady, settled presence in application.

Rest that replenishes you, makes you resilient and potent, and pleasant to be around.

🌙 These last weeks of the year always feel tender. Full. Beautiful. I’m feeling especially grateful for the steadiness of practice and the “winning streak” energy that arrived after completing the 21 Days of Restoration.

If you’d like a gentle pause before the holidays, I’m teaching a 2-hour restorative practice on December 13. And on New Year’s Eve, we’ll welcome 2026 with reverence, intention, and a lot of heart.

"Open, Soften, Rest and Receive"

We all know what it’s like to be exhausted and overwhelmed ( even if we think we get enough sleep). hint - you probably DON'T.

🥰 Restorative Yoga to the rescue! 

In a perfectly comfortable position, we can let go of habitual tension. - The tension that really stifles our well-being.😬

When we let go, we facilitate our body’s innate capacity to reinvigorate and heal itself.  🤸‍♀️

We use Yoga props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters, to CRADLE the body in a cozy, supported position for 5-20 minutes. 😴

Double-down the delight with two hours of bliss!

·       No experience or athletic aptitude required

·       Fully supported postures with modifications for everyone

·       Slow transitions

·       Simple breathing practices to facilitate relaxation and insight

·       Guided meditation, snippets of poetry, magical chimes, deep quiet
