🤔Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice done in a supported, comfortable position—often lying down with blankets, bolsters, or cushions. Sometimes called “yogic sleep,” it invites the nervous system into a state of profound rest that many of us rarely (if ever) access in day-to-day life. 🕊
But the benefits go far beyond relaxation.
Yoga Nidra can support:
