💕Heart Centered Flow 💕❣️🌸💌

Sunday, February 15th 4pm - 6pm

After such a beautiful and successful pop up with .esthetics last month, we wanted to do it all over again! Join us this Sunday to pour some love back into yourself 💗

We’ll begin with a grounding and heart opening practice designed to cultivate self compassion. Following our flow is the opportunity to get a little crafty! We’ll have all the supplies you may need to create personalized valentines or write sweet notes to yourself. Tasty sweet treats will also be provided 🍪🍬🍫😋

3 ways to come back to your body and create some capacity to feel and care for yourself + others. 💗

F**K ICE, go protect your neighbors. 🫶

1. Bilateral tapping: stimulates parasympathetic nervous system. Activates both the left and right sides of your brain simultaneously and can soothe anxiety.

✨bonus✨ Let a reminder/affirmation/kindness come to mind that you need to hear rn - imagine tapping into your body and breathing it into life.

2. Stress points: place your index finger and middle finger at the beginning of your brows ( or about the width of your nostrils /nose on forehead in line with brows for my unibrow friends 💗) place your thumb on center of your chin. TENDERLY apply LIGHT pressure to all three fingers as you breathe. Notice your breath. Let your teeth part.

3. Sway/rock: Wrap your hands around yourself in whatever way feels best, you can add blankets if that’s nice. Sway from side to side or rock back and forth slowly. Let your body find a rhythm. Might feel nice to squeeze or rub wherever your hands landed.

Happy New Year cuties ✨

2025 brought:

Hosting my first out of state yoga retreat with ❣️

Meeting new teachers who I admire and am excited to learn more from 💗

Starting my 300hr YTT and taking more workshops on Accessible Teaching 💞

Leading grief and anger yoga offerings that made me feel so much less alone and realigned with FEELING ❤️

2025 also brought:

Burnout, depression, heightened anxiety + overwhelm and loneliness. ❤️‍🩹

I am ready to say goodbye to 2025 and I am hopeful that while 2026 will likely present many new challenges, it will also carry new joy and connection.

If you’ve taken a class with me, liked my posts, shared my events/content, supported me + this journey - I am so very grateful for you. Thank you for sharing some of your time and practicing with me, I hope to keep exploring together 💛

Practice a little reset with me to warm up your body and get unstuck ❣️

✨ Check in with your body with gentle, intuitive movement. Can you notice your spine? Your hips? Your feet?

💫 Find a little “bop” of bending your knees, letting your arms + hands grow heavy.

🌟Keep arms heavy and lazy as you swing them from side to side. Try not to worry about where the arms land across your body. You can speed this up or let the arms reach low/high — play around and explore!

⭐️ Practice keeping the arms relaxed as you slow down the body, allowing the arms to find stillness in their own time.

BREATHE 😮‍💨 What feels different? Do you feel tingly or warm? Can you breathe into your belly? The back of your ribs?
