The holidays can be especially demanding. Consider joining a Dementia Caregiver Support Group for encouragement, shared experiences, and practical advice. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Celebrations can still be special—with a little extra planning, patience, and compassion.

Valentine’s Day can bring many emotions — joy, love, gratitude, loneliness, grief, pressure, or even indifference. Whatever you’re feeling, it’s valid.

Today isn’t about meeting expectations; it’s about honoring where you are. Take a quiet moment to check in with your heart and mind. Ask yourself what you need — rest, connection, space, support — and give yourself permission to prioritize it.

Happy Valentine's Day

February is significant in more ways than one. Not only is it National Cancer Prevention Month, a time to raise awareness about early detection, healthy habits, and access to care, but it is also Black History Month 🖤✊🏾—a moment to honor the legacy, resilience, and contributions of Black communities.

As we reflect on the past, we also commit to building healthier, more equitable futures by supporting prevention, education, and wellness for all.
