Yesterday was a huge accomplishment and I am breathing a big exhale of relief. The first TW breath class I offered was well received and I thoroughly enjoyed sharing my knowledge.

HOT CHOCOLATE THAT IS GOOD FOR YOUR BRAIN?
When I heard about this recipe, I ran to the store for the ingredients.
This is a win win for me. I love drinking hot chocolate after dinner to relax and as a desert, so to combine ingredients that is actually good for my brain health is even better. I am excited to share this recipe from Dr. Daniel Amen who was a guest on the Mel Robbins podcast on brain health.
Warm your oat milk on the oven then poor into a blender, add a scoop of organic cacao powder and a drop of chocolate Stevia Sweetner (I use Sweet Leaf brand), blend it up and enjoy.

Since TW opened in 1997, we have had Jelly Belly’s at the front desk for a sweet treat after a superb snap, crackle and pop by Dr. Beith. Jelly Belly’s were founded by the Herman Goelitz Candy Co. in 1976 in Belleville, IL. A well known favorite of President Ronald Reagan and what we discovered, TW clients. They were removed during the pandemic and thanks to Jill, they are back and popular as ever.

This was a Total Wellness Fall outing in 2000. Our office and babies has grown and changed over the past 23 years. I am sure grateful for all the wonderful memories and look forward to enjoying the harvest of pumpkins, squash and apples.
