Target Audience: Juniors and Seniors
Age Requirement: Must be 17+ years old by the program start date
Program Requirements:
Students are required to be available to participate in the FULL six weeks of the program starting Friday, June 23rd and ending Friday, August 4th, 2023.
Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated (boosters not required at the moment but are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).
Students must successfully pass our TB, Drug Test, and Background Screenings.
Students must identify as Black/African American and/or Latinx/Hispanic.
Students must have a VALID Social Security Number (This is a Paid Opportunity).

MedCEEP teaches basic life skills to suvillians and high school students while stressing the importance of emergency preparedness in an aim to provide resources to Chicago natives on gun violence, stop the bleed, and CPR. This is one of many foundational topics MedCEEP focuses on to provide emergency preparedness across the nation and educate bystanders how to stop the bleed in traumatic situations.
