Lat nite at the gym! Got to find the time, no excuses.

Had a great afternoon of mountain biking and road biking. The weeks at Whimcycle Trail bike resort have been amazing!

Today hit the causeway and did 30 miles on recumbent bike. During the week i been riding moutain bike trails and road bike too. So the recumbent bike hits different muscle groups on the weekends. You have to mix it up and keep your muscles working in different ways if you want to thrive as you age and not just survive. It is tougher to stay in shape as you age so you have to work at it much harder.
