I want to thank you all for entrusting me to be your Massage Therapist for all these years. It truly means the world to me!

My name is Alyssa Bell, I have been a Clinical Massage Therapist for 10 years. When I started my therapy journey, it was to find a way to help others out of pain in a holistic way. I wanted to be able to help educate others on what is going on inside the body to better navigate pain management, preferably to provide alternatives to pain medications. My goal and duty is to facilitate the healing process.
My practice is designed to specifically "Focus" and treat pain, injury and discomfort of the neck, shoulders and back. Massage Treatments provided will include but not be limited to:
-Whiplash (Cervical Acceleration / Deceleration)- Tension Headaches -TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction)-Bruxism (Teeth Grinding)- TOS (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome)-General Hypertonicity (Tight/taunt musculature) - Upper and Lower Cross Syndrome -Postural Deviations (Ex, forward head carriage, effects of slouching) - Tennis/Golfers elbow-Carpel tunnel Syndrome- and more
At Focus Massage Therapy, I will personally create a plan to get you feeling better, faster.
