This is one of my favorite nights of the year, the night before we spring forward. ⏰

As a coach, I’ve spent years studying sleep patterns and how the circadian rhythm impacts our health.

Our bodies run on a natural clock that responds to sunlight, meal timing, and sleep.

When we:
• get sunlight early ☀️
• eat during daylight hours
• keep meals consistent
• maintain a regular bedtime

our bodies function the way they’re designed to.

Not only can this support weight loss, it can also improve digestion, energy, and overall balance.

Sometimes the biggest changes in health come from simply working with your body’s natural rhythm. 🎶
