Do I need a referral to schedule an Initial Evaluation? No!

IL is a Direct Access state which means you do not need to go to a physician first for a physical therapy prescription. You can come directly to us! We will evaluate you from a musculoskeletal viewpoint and see if you are a good candidate for PT. We will send our evaluation over to your Primary Doctor so they know what's going on and you can get right to treatment.
