Happy Earth Day! Something I am really passionate about is being as eco- friendly as I can be in my everyday life. In my clinic space, this can take several simple forms such as
🌎💡 Keeping my lights turned off whenever possible and using the sunlight that enters through the windows
🌍🖍️ Getting my kids to scribble on our easel paper until there’s no room left (and even then I’ll cut the paper and flip it to the backside before I get fresh paper)
🌏♻️ Sliding papers into plastic sleeves and writing on it with dry erase marker instead of writing on new paper every time
🌎🔋 Using toys in therapy that are *not battery- operated

What are some ways you strive for eco- consciousness in your therapy or home?
