With 2026 officially underway, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year of meaningful progress for our outpatient care team. In 2025, we:

✨ Celebrated the 2-year anniversary of our outpatient practices
✨ Expanded services to include in-person visits, alongside telehealth
✨ Built a stronger network of trusted resources to better support our patients

In this season of giving thanks, we are excited to begin highlighting one outstanding Bespoke Psychiatry team member each month.
Meet Anna Shrift, PA-C, one of our dedicated Physician Assistants who has proudly served at Bespoke for 4.5 years.

Anna finds great meaning in connecting directly with patients and helping them improve their quality of life. Inspired by loved ones who have faced mental illness, she is committed to advocating for those who are often misunderstood and ensuring they feel respected and supported.

At Bespoke, she appreciates the strong team culture, the positive impact we’re making across Illinois, and, of course, the ability to bring her dog, Cashew, to work.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys staying active, exploring Chicago, and hiking with friends, family, and Cashew.

✨ Fun facts: she is very allergic to green peas!
