Kelly brings over eight years of experience in both pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy, blending her background with a holistic approach to care. She’s passionate about supporting pregnant and postpartum patients, integrating yoga and Pilates-based movement into her sessions. As a dry needling specialist, Dr. Kelly helps patients release deep muscle tension and restore balance from the inside out.

An empowering and educational evening for young girls and their parents to learn about period health in a supportive, welcoming space.

Perfect for girls who are pre-menstruation or early in their menstrual journey 💕

All items will be donated to The Period Collective, a local nonprofit that provides menstrual products to houseless and low-income individuals in the greater Chicago area to ensure dignity, confidence, and health.
