Work It Out Wednesday 💪

Today we’re focusing on myofascial release for the pelvic floor and hip muscles.

Using tools like a towel roll, lacrosse ball, and foam roller can help:
• reduce muscle tension
• improve mobility and circulation
• calm the nervous system
• support better pelvic floor function

The pelvic floor doesn’t work alone.
It’s influenced by the hips, glutes, and surrounding fascia—so releasing tension in these areas can decrease pain, improve comfort with sitting and movement, and help the pelvic floor do its job more efficiently.

Slow, intentional release matters here.
Less pressure. More breath. Better results.

Your pelvic floor deserves movement and release. 💚

🌀 Twist It Up Tuesday 🌀

Rotation matters—especially for pelvic health.

Your pelvis doesn’t work in isolation.
It’s designed to move with the ribs, spine, hips, and core.

When we work on upper-body and lower-body rotation, we’re improving:
• mobility where you need movement
• stability where you need support
• coordination between the core, hips, and pelvic floor

Healthy pelvic floor function relies on this balance.
When rotation is limited or avoided, the pelvic floor can become overworked, tight, or poorly coordinated.

Twisting with control helps the pelvic floor respond, adapt, and do its job during real-life movement—walking, lifting, exercise, and sport.
