If you want to sleep better… start with what’s around you.
Your bedroom should feel like an exhale, not a storage unit for laundry piles, random returns, and “I’ll deal with it later.”
Clutter doesn’t just take up space. It quietly asks for your attention.
That stack in the corner?
That chair full of clothes?
Your brain registers all of it, even when you’re trying to rest.
Clearing the clutter isn’t about perfection.
It’s about creating calm.
Start small:
• Clear your nightstand.
• Remove anything that doesn’t belong in a bedroom.
• Put away the laundry (yes, all of it).
• Leave a little empty space on purpose.
A tidy room won’t solve everything.
But it will help your body feel safe enough to truly relax.
Sleep is a reset.
Make sure your space supports it.
