Cold weather, warm layers, still wearing sunglasses ☀️❄️

Winter sun can be extra harsh on your eyes — especially with snow and ice reflecting light from below. Add in the low winter sun (hello glare while driving), and your eyes are working overtime. Light can hit your eyes from multiple angles, making sunglasses a necessity — not just an accessory.

UV protection matters year-round, even on cold days. Remember to protect your eyes all season long!

It sounds backwards — but watery eyes can actually mean they’re too dry. 💧

When your eyes don’t have enough moisture or oil, they send a signal to make more tears — but those quick “reflex tears” don’t actually hydrate like they should.

So your eyes end up looking watery, but still feel dry, gritty, or irritated.

Dry eye is more common than you’d think — especially with screen time, hormonal shifts, and changing seasons all playing a role.
