• Follow up on submitted bills and ensure reimbursements are secured
• Communicate and coordinate with insurance companies
• Maintain and update patient records
• Manage communication with attorneys
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
