Sundays are for slowing down. I notice how I take lots of wiggles, getting into all the corners and checking out sensations that feel good, sore, crackly, interesting, etc. Notice how my breath is, and whether there's anything I need to let go of (mentally or physically) or move through (physically or emotionally).

There's a lot to slow down for. Breathe.
