Massage Etiquette Tip:
After a relaxing session with your Massage Therapist you likely won't want to hop off the table and rush out the Door.
Bear in mind though, that it's highly probable your Therapist has more clients to see directly after you.
She'll require time to re-sanitize the room and redress the table; all after seeing you out, while informing you on some self care tips, for between treatments.
This is why we've decided to bring the Spa experience to you!:) Whether at home for you and a group of your closes friends or at work for mini sessions.
You can always look into receiving treatments on an out call basses. In this way you'll be able to relax in the comfort of your own home directly after session. If you opt for the in office "lunch break massage" you'll typically find that you return more alert and refreshed. So If these options are a possibility for you, investigate companies that specialize in the "in office" or "home relaxation" themes. They'll often offer spa packages.

About a 2 weeks of pregnancy to go! I'm so looking forward to embracing the little life that grows within.
