Happy Holidays!

Are you making a health-related resolution in the new year? Among the top resolutions people make year after year are:

• Doing more exercise and improving fitness
• Losing weight
• Improving diet

Did you know that more than half of all resolutions fail? One third of resolutions don’t even make it past the end of January!

Maybe by now you’ve experienced this firsthand, so you don’t even bother setting New Year’s resolutions anymore. And you just continue on with the same unhealthy habits and routines.
