Meet Rahwa ✨
Born and raised in Tigray, Ethiopia, Rahwa moved to the U.S. at just 12 years old. From a young age, she was fascinated by skincare and the natural ways our bodies heal. That passion inspired her to pursue a career in esthetics, and in 2021 she graduated from a top esthetician school. She later specialized in lymphatic drainage — a training that transformed her understanding of beauty, wellness, and how truly radiant skin begins from within. Lymphatic drainage not only elevates skin health, but also supports whole-body wellness by aiding detoxification, improving circulation, and enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities.

We spoke with Emily, a spray tan specialist here in Charlotte, and she recommends getting your massage before your spray tan — even on the same day — as long as you fully remove any massage creams so they don’t block the tan. If you spray tan first, wait at least 24 hours before getting a massage to ensure the tan develops properly. After that, you can return to your regular activities, just avoid exfoliating.
