Day 1! Are you ready?! Join KOJA Coach Bea Walker in today's exercise: Lunges!

1) Set your timer for 30 seconds and do as many lunges, or the jump variation, that you can before the clock runs out.

2) Post your video to Insta and tag .fit. With each tagged post from the 7 day challenge, you will be entered to win merchandise, discounts on monthly services and more!
