☝🏻Let me tell you one thing:
I shucked the hell out of that corn🌽.
It was quick, and I got a little sweaty🥵 , but I did my best.
That’s not ALL I did for my postpartum client though.
I also:
-did a grocery pick up🛒
-made ☕️ and breakfast for mom, so she sat down and ate while I put groceries away
-chatted🗣️ with mom about boundaries for her upcoming visit with her MIL, & what phrases she should use to state her requests
-3 loads of laundry🧺
-pickled some veggies 🥦 and made some homemade dressings
-tidied up 🧹the living room, mom and baby’s main hang
-changed mom’s bed 🛌 sheets, and cleaned her bathroom🚽
-restocked changing table with more diapers/wipes/butt cream🧷
-did tummy time with baby👶🏼 and video taped myself (to send dad and MIL) showing ways that gravity can help baby achieve a more successful tummy time sesh
-gave mom a 🦶 massage while she breast fed
-made sure to plate a cold lunch🥪(sandwhich, pickles and apple slices) for mom so it was ready and waiting in the fridge for her when she got hungry🍽️

And damnit, if you need something shucked, we’ll fu***ng do it.💪🏼

❤️While I will be there to talk about available support 🫶🏽 and making pregnant people and parents feel loved 🥰 and fu***ng amazing🤩 , I will be giving away as much FREE BABY AND POSTPARTUM S**T 🆓 as humanly possible.
