Chicago Center for Relationship Counseling

Chicago Center for Relationship Counseling CCRC provides in-person and virtual therapy to couples, families, and individuals. Sometimes relationships get bogged down in unhelpful patterns.

People become trapped by internal conflicts. Or, sometimes people suffer from specific disorders like ADHD, anxiety, or depression. At CCRC we focus on helping clients understand what is blocking them from being able to use all of their strengths and resources to solve problems and achieve goals. After developing an understanding of these blocks, we collaborate with clients on plans for removing their blocks and solving their problems.

And after reading the post, check out his new online self-led workshop, Introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness. We can all use some extra support and care these days.

I’m looking for some comfort. Some peace. This is a hard time. I’ve been very anxious as Donald Trump and Elon Musk have pushed through the door and caused havoc. You too? I’m guessing that I’m not alone among therapists in several ways.
