For a while now, I've been contemplating on how to best be there for community and while providing holistic, therapeutic relief through the power of massage has been fulfilling, I knew it was time to kick it up a notch and show support and solidarity with our community here in Pilsen and Chicago, especially now during these turbulent times in our city.

That is why, starting on Monday, October 13th, a portion of all appointments booked on Mondays will be going exclusively to and .

Pilsen has a special place in my heart, as this was the founding community in which I started my massage therapy career ❤️ Time to give back beyond providing massages.

Every Monday, a portion of proceeds from booked appointments will be donated to the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) and the Pilsen Food Pantry. These donations help support local immigrant and refugee families, as well as provide food and essential resources to neighbors in need.

By scheduling your appointment on a Monday, you’re not only investing in your own well-being but also helping strengthen and uplift our community.

Please note that this is a temporary shift and once Lisette is ready to start welcoming clients back, I will resort back to my usual days at our suite.
