Of all my years in the wine business traveling to vineyards, I never had the chance to see the leaves turned from green to autumn colors. Driving through Virginia last week, I finally had that pleasure.
Another change is on my horizon: 21 Days of Restoration at Tejas Yoga is a program curated to reset ourselves as well-resourced, creative and resilient individuals. I get clarity on what exactly is nourishing to me right now, where I might best put my energy, and how I can ride the waves of this crazy world without losing my way.
The program bolsters me physically, mentally and spiritually.
There is still time to join in. We start Oct 25!

Hello friends! Believe it or not, I am planning my 2026 offerings already.

I'm eager to hear any suggestions you have for workshops, retreats, and pop-up classes. I offer things at several studios, (most notably Tejas Chicago, The Studio Beverly, and Yoga by Degrees) and also independently. I will probably repeat some things from previous years.

What should I keep?

Is there a subject you'd like to see a practice organized around, or a question about anything that would make an interesting group experience?

I've got some plans for collaborating with some other experts as well.
