5 ways to teach emotional regulation at home:
1️⃣ Name the feeling: “It sounds like you’re feeling frustrated.”
2️⃣ Create a calm corner: Soft pillows, gentle lighting, sensory toys.
3️⃣ “Flower & candle” breathing: Smell the flower 🌸, blow the candle🕯.
4️⃣ Model calm: Let them see you pause, breathe, and reset.
