Juneteenth. A time for us non-Black folx to honor and learn. We celebrate as allies ❤️ Repost from

a collection of my fav orgs you can donate to and my fav movies that share the black experience in a real light. juneteenth becoming a holiday is performative and gives brands another opportunity to profit of the black experience, but we’re not going to let that happen. instead we’re going to take our cynicism/woes and use this day to celebrate blackness in all its forms. so shop black, watch black movies, and reflect on how far black Americans have come to get to where they are today. love you guys, happy juneteenth.
