This week, it’s all about creating routines that stick. Small, intentional habits added to your existing daily patterns, what I call habit stacking, can make wellness feel effortless and natural.

Habit Stacking / Routine Reset Ideas:
⏰ Start small: Pair a new habit with something you already do every day
🧘 Morning mindfulness: Add 5 minutes of meditation after your morning coffee
🏃 Movement matters: Stack a quick stretch or walk onto a daily task
