3 months post-op for my lovely patient in her 40s, who lost a significant amount of weight and was unhappy with her loose and excessive upper arm skin.

While these scars are not insignificant, they do fade with time. Patients are so incredibly happy to be able to wear properly fitting clothing and not have to go up a size or two simply because of their arms.

She hated how she looked pregnant, still several years after her pregnancies.

An extreme example of a re**us diastasis or muscle separation for this mid-40s mom of two. A re**us diastasis is very common after pregnancy, but is ALSO very common after weight fluctuations and can even be present simply as a result of genetics.

Only an abdominoplasty with muscle plication can correct this.

Life-changing. 😊

This lovely mid-30s patient of mine is 1 year post-op abdominoplasty with liposuction. She had lost a fair amount of weight before surgery (no prior pregnancies) and wanted to get rid of her extra skin and to improve her abdominal contour.⁠

As always, final results can take up to a year or more. And for all patients, especially body contouring patients, results only get better with a continued healthy diet and consistent workout regimen. :)⁠

A revision breast surgery for my beautiful patient, who, years before her pregnancies, had undergone a bilateral breast reduction.

Then came several pregnancies with associated weight fluctuations, hormonal changes, and breastfeeding, which left her with smaller and more deflated breasts.

Here she is 3 months post breast lift (mastopexy) with silicone implants to give her a rounder, fuller, and prettier shaped breast that still fits her frame and lifestyle. 💙

I truly love performing breast reductions because they are one of the most transformative operations for women. And, without a doubt, the happiest patients are after surgery. 😊

My lovely patient is 6 months post-op from a vertical (or lollipop) breast reduction with liposuction of the lateral chest wall and preaxillae.

She was unhappy with how heavy her breasts felt, and their low position on her chest added to her discomfort. We also wanted to address her mild size discrepancy.

1 year postop for my beautiful young patient in her 20s who felt her breasts overpowered her frame and looked "matronly."

Early 3 months post-op photos for my lovely patient in her 30s who was unhappy with her breast droopiness, shape, and size discrepancy.

She underwent a bilateral vertical breast reduction with autoaugmentation, small volume reduction, and breast reshaping. Her scars are still pink, which is typical for this early stage and can take up to 2 years or more to fully fade.

My goal with any breast surgery is always to create a more youthful, uplifted, and most importantly, proportionate look to the rest of the frame and body.

Recovery is fairly straightforward with most patients returning to a desk job in one week, light activities in 10 days, and full activities in 4-6 weeks.
