Have you heard the news? Sitting literally is destroying us! And it’s so simple to change the statistics.

We just need to get up and move! Movement is medicine.

Many of us spend our days sitting. At work - in the car - scrolling social - binge watching Netflix - and so much more through our days. We just sit. And it is destroying our health.

Well - I’m challenging you to GET UP & Move!

Our bodies are designed to move. They want to move. Movement is life - it keeps us strong & healthy - both physically & mentally.

So I’m challenging you to GET UP and MOVE with us. It doesn’t need to be hours in the gym - I just want to challenge you to do something every day to get your body moving simply.

This is precisely what my newest online fitness program is all about - we’re literally using a chair as our only equipment in the program, and we’re getting up out of it! We’re focusing on bringing JOY to movement. We’re focusing on mobility - and just moving. Want to learn more? Reach out - let’s chat.

How much time do you spend, on the average day, SITTING?

Do you sit at a desk for work? Are you behind the wheel driving a lot? Do you spend hours simply scrolling or binge watching? If you’re like most people, more than half of your waking hours are spent parked on a chair or sofa. MORE THAN HALF! The average American spends more than 5 hours a day watching TV. And that number grows as we age.

Where do you fit in to that? I’m doing some market research for a new online fitness program I’ll be launching in the next week or so - And I’d really love to know how much time a day you spend sitting.

And stay tuned for my newest fitness program release. It’s called GET Moving! And that’s literally what it’s all about. We’re GETTING UP out of our chairs and just moving. It’s movement & mobility - designed for all the sitters :) Stay tuned …
