Chicago Asthma Consortium is a coalition of medical and public health professionals, business leaders, government agencies, community organizations and individuals dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with asthma through advocacy, education and collaboration. It is one of the largest and oldest asthma coalitions in the country.

Are you passionate about asthma awareness and advocacy? The CAC is now accepting applications for Asthma Ambassadors โ€” trained representatives of the CAC who support our core team in a volunteer capacity at community conferences, events, and gatherings.

As a CAC Asthma Ambassador, you will:
โœจ Represent the CAC in the community
โœจ Share resources and education about asthma
โœจ Support outreach efforts at conferences and local events
โœจ Help amplify the voices of those impacted by asthma

We welcome applications from:
โœ”๏ธ Individuals living with asthma
โœ”๏ธ Caregivers and family members
โœ”๏ธ Healthcare professionals
โœ”๏ธ Anyone passionate about improving asthma outcomes
