WELL UP YOURSELF: Don't ignore the healing needed in this moment. You are participating on a societal trauma of epic proportions and it is understandable if that fact challenges the limits of your comprehension. Asses your resources and find a rudder which can help you stabilize and ground yourself in the factors you can control.

FEED R SELVES: Now more than ever reifies the need to keep the regional food webs and agricultural ecosystems alive and thriving. Because these supply chains ain't loyal.

Get you some no contact produce to supplement whatever else you might be eating. You can also get you a 10x2 garden bed while you are at it. There is probably somebody in a timebank that you need to join who can help you figure what to plant in those rows.

You might also find someone there who is deeply enamored by canning and fermentation who can help you figure out how to extend the life of that produce. This is where food meets community and becomes an ecosystem. Healthy Food Hub as a model and a practice can and must live on.
