A great example of how complex anatomy can still lead to beautiful, natural results.
This patient presented with significant under-eye bags caused by pronounced fat herniation and lower eyelid laxity. To restore a smoother, more refreshed contour, performed a lower blepharoplasty, canthopexy (to support and tighten the lower eyelid), and fat repositioning to soften the hollow between the eyelid and cheek known as the tear trough.
Just three months after surgery, the under-eye area appears brighter, smoother, and naturally rejuvenated.
For our surgical colleagues: this case involved a negative vector eye with lower eyelid laxity and three-compartment fat herniation with tear trough deformity. Both Dr. Few and the patient are very pleased with the result!
