Just wanted to send you a quick note and inform you that Maureen, our massage therapist, will be once again adding Tuesdays to her schedule due to the higher demand/requests for her services. So if you were looking to schedule an appointment for a massage Tuesday is now an option once again. In case you have forgotten her schedule is:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9, 10, 12 and 1.
Thursdays remain afternoon appointments at 4, 515, and 630.

I am happy to announce that Maureen will now be back on Tuesdays for massages. We just wanted to let you know.
Her schedule is now:

Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Friday's at 9 am, 10 am, 12 pm and 1 pm;
Thursday's remain her later day at 4 pm, 5:15 pm and 6:30 pm.

Now that we are in October most deductibles have probably been met. It would be a great time to take advantage and get treatment for those aches and pains. If you would like us to check, reach out and let us know. Hope all has been well and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Although we didn’t quite get the response we were hoping for online, over 60 people/patients did receive their new shirts and have been raving on how comfortable they are. There are still some left so be sure to grab one before they are completely gone!!!! I’d like to run another raffle in the future and having a shirt is key to your participation.

The shirts are all sorted out and ready to go for our online contest!!!! There are limited sizes and colors (red and blue) so first come first serve. The BLUES are going faster than the reds (25 thus far). If you want one grab one during your visit or stop by so you can participate. All you’ll have to do is take a picture of yourself in the shirt and post it on a social media account, tag us in the post and you will be placed in a raffle for a FREE MASSAGE or Rollga Foam Roller….. (If you win, you can use or give away the massage, your call) FYI for those of you that have the last round of shirts you will be able to participate with your old shirt. If yours is worn out from daily use like it should be then no worries, “We’ve got your BACK”, just come by for a new shirt!!!! If you don’t wanna participate in the contest, no worries, you still get to enjoy the shirt regardless…. Hope all is well.

At Elite Total Rehab, it is our mission to provide our patients with quality care in a safe and comfortable environment. Our #1 goal is to ensure the health and safety of our patients, employees and our Northwest Side community.

We want to take this opportunity to let you know that we are prepared and able to continue to meet the care of our patients through this time with the finest chiropractic and physical therapy treatment until further notice. We ask that if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19 that you refrain from the office. We extend the same courtesy to you and your family should we experience any abnormal symptoms or come into contact with any known cases. Together it is our goal to remain healthy and limit exposure!!!!!

With the information of who is most affected by this virus we are making a tough decision to inform patients who are 60 years of age of older or who may be immune-compromised to refrain from treatment to reduce any chances of exposure. Please stay home during this time to reduce your contact……

What we're doing
• Requiring any staff person that feels ill with a fever and cough to stay home.
• Continuing to wash our hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds.
• Increasing the frequency and extent of our cleaning practices, such as additional wipe downs of all hard surfaces.
• Providing additional resources that are available to patients and employees including hand sanitizers in the reception area and exam rooms.
• Closely monitoring the advice and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
What we request of our patients:
• If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with anyone experiencing abnormal symptoms to simply stay at home. We prefer that you just cancel your appointment/s rather than potential spread any illness.
• Wash your hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds with soap and water
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, and then dispose of the tissue.

In order to prevent any further spread of the coronavirus:
Please reschedule your appointment if any of the following applies to you:
• Traveled outside the country in the past 3 weeks.
• Fever
• Flu like symptoms
• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Sore throat

Seek medical advice if you develop symptoms, and or have been in contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or if you live in or have recently been in an area with ongoing spread of COVID-19.
