Wahe Guru Yoga Chicago is located in the historical Bronzeville neighborhood. We are a place for every body, mind and soul. We want all to cultivate their own healing power. When you enter the studio to the time you walk out we want you to experience the deeper You within you. We offer yoga classes daily. Kundalini Yoga is the technology which activates the highest human potential within every human. We offer weekly Kundalini, Hatha & Restorative yoga classes, DeStress dance, Sound Shower (deep relaxation with ancient instruments and sounds of nature), Gong Prana (deep relaxation). Monthly healing workshops, movie (documentary) night, spoken word night, healers’ circle (alternative healing modalities) Seasonal dinner events.
