Good morning!!

Just a quick little update now that spring is here!

My evenings are fully booked until June and my Sundays are fully booked until July. I have very limited morning and afternoon appointments for May.

Feel free to reach out and if I get any cancelations, I'll be happy to notify you. Otherwise, please book ahead.

In other news, I will be going on call at the Peninsula until the end of the year while I finish my Shiatsu certification (more on that at a later date). While this will open up my availability somewhat, I still need time to study. So don't wait to book your appointments.

Welcome to 2022!!

Whether you are going for a "New Year, New Me" vibe or just trying to build upon the old you, self-care should be a priority. Massage is a great addition to a good self-care routine. Be it a once a month thing or a weekly thing, it can help you both physically and mentally.

We are heading into the slower season, but for the past few years, that hasn't meant much. My Sundays are completely booked until February and appointments are getting snatched up as we speak. Please book ahead!

And lastly, with the latest surge, please be diligent with safety. Wear your mask when asked. Get vaccinated, if possible. And get tested/stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Good Morning! Just a few reminders as we head into October.

First off, I will be unavailable from the 22nd through the 30th. Please keep that in mind when booking.

Secondly, October is already booking up. Evenings are the busiest. Make sure you book ahead. You can always reschedule if things change.

Lastly, if you are trying to book but are not seeing anything that fits your schedule, reach out. If I can't fit you in that week, I will happily let you know if there are cancelations and availabilities for the following week.

Happy Anniversary, Peninsula!!

Yesterday was my first day back at the hotel and I couldn't be happier to be back. It's only one day a week, but it's one day a week that I get to see some amazing people.

If you want to spoil yourself, please treat yourself to an experience at the Peninsula. The staff is one of a kind and the hotel is beautiful. They are one of a few hotels to be so generous to their employees at the start of the pandemic and deserve the support.

Good morning!

With restrictions easing and things opening back up, I am starting back up at the Peninsula at the end of the month. I will only be there Monday evenings and filling in when possible.

This means the only evening I will be available on Lincoln Square Massage's scheduling system is Sunday evening. **Before you panic, know that I will still have evening availability. You will just have to book with me directly.** You can message me through Facebook messenger or email me at lyureklmt@gmail.com. Let me know when you are looking to book and we'll work something out. I'm also happy to refer you to a colleague, if our schedules are not matching up.

As always, try to book ahead. My schedule has been booking up about a week in advance and last minute accommodations are getting harder to do.

Masks are still mandatory during the massage, even if you are vaccinated. I will keep you updated as things change, but please continue to be patient. Reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

One week until Mother's Day!!

I will be celebrating my birthday with all the moms out there, so I will not be available from the 7th until the 11th. Keep that in mind when searching for appointments.

Note: I am currently booking up a week and a half to two weeks out! Please make sure you are booking your appointments asap! If you don't see availability, feel free to reach out. If I can move things around/open things up, I will. I can also let you know if I get a cancellation. Otherwise, book ahead! You can always cancel or reschedule as need be.

Spring is Here (mostly)!

Lincoln Square Massage is getting busy! Make sure you are booking ahead! This week is already booked for me and next week has only a couple openings. We do have two new massage therapists, so if you can't book with me, show them some support!

Starting in May, I will be switching to Wednesday mornings instead of evenings. I may still be available for evening appointments, depending on my personal schedule. If you need a Wednesday appointment, message me and we can try to work something out together.

I will be unavailable May 7th through the 11th, so please book accordingly. If you need a recommendation for those days, I will be happy to refer you to one of my collegues.

**Remember, as vaccinations roll out, we will still be following our usual Covid-19 protocols. Cancel if you feel ill or if you "are coming down with/getting over something". Always keep your mask on over your nose and mouth. When you come in, allow us to scan your temperature and wash or sanitize your hands. While the vaccines do help, they are not 100% and you can still be exposed to Covid-19 and its variants.

Good afternoon!

I am happy to report I am fully vaccinated after receiving my second Covid vaccination on Wednesday. Because I had to take time off for this, I am booked up this coming week. I only have openings on Monday and Wednesday in the afternoons and evenings.

If you need to make an appointment, make it sooner than later as these times will fill up. Otherwise, the following week has better availability.

Covid protocols will remain the same. But, as always, I look forward to seeing you! Reach out if you have any questions. Be safe and stay well!

Good afternoon! Just a couple (overdue) updates:

Lincoln Square Massage is back to "Covid normal" scheduling. Go online at lincolnsquaremassage.com or message me directly on Facebook to book your next appointment. If you have been traveling, please wait 14 days before booking. **We have also increased our prices by $5 for all services!** Please take note when booking your next appointment.

I'm happy to say I have recieved my first Covid vaccine with the second dose scheduled in three weeks. While this will not change any protocols during your session, it does allow some peace of mind moving forward. If you have any questions about my vaccine experience, feel free to ask. I have a "better safe than sorry" approach to my practice and while I wouldn't deny a client who refuses the vaccine, I would definitely encourage those who are comfortable and able to discuss it with your doctor and sign up, as soon as possible.

That being said, I will not be working on the 24th or 25th. This is to ensure my recovery as the second dose tends to have more side effects.
