Howdy! Our first Fruiting Bodies blog post is live, and I figured we should start with something that actually matters day to day: energy that doesn’t feel like a mistake 2 hours later.
It’s all about Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris). If you’ve heard people hype it for workouts, stamina, breathing, “clean energy,” etc… there’s a reason. In the post I break down what it actually does, what the research says, and how I’d use it depending on your goal (training, long work days, recovery, even just not feeling drained all the time). I also talk about the quality side, because there’s a lot of junk out there and it’s honestly confusing if you’re not deep in this world.
